BERRY

BERRY pulls the Strawberry Collection into tangible space, serving as the physical, three-dimensional anchor of the series. Translating the flat planes of my canvas work into sculptural form, this piece pulls the familiar motif directly out of two dimensions, imagining what the painted textures, weight, and curves look and feel like in the round.

Defined by a deliberate inversion of the collection’s signature palette, BERRY reimagines the fruit through reversed color play and high-contrast surfaces. The piece transforms a visual subject usually explored on canvas into an interactive object of volume and shadow, challenging how color and form interact when released from the edges of a frame.
